Create the event
Give it a name, a date, and whatever you want to ask each person. If you run early-bird pricing, you say when it ends and the price goes up on its own that day. Anyone who made the early-bird keeps their amount.
Register and collect
Your team signs people up and takes the money from a phone, right there at the table. The balance updates itself, nobody can overcharge by accident, and the receipt goes out over WhatsApp without leaving the screen.

What you expected to raise, what you have so far, and who still owes. Plus what each team member handed in, ready to print or to open in Excel.

VAT included. No per-registration commission and no hidden charges. Each additional church adds 20%.

Do I have to pay to try it?

How much does it cost?
$500 pesos a month per church, or $4,000 a year, which works out to ten months. Both prices already include VAT. No per-registration commission and no charge per person registered. Each additional church adds 20%.
Does it work for a small church?
Yes. The price is the same whether your church has thirty people or five hundred: there is no charge per registration. And there is nothing to install or configure before using it — you set up an event and start registering people the same day.
Does it work if we collect cash?
Yes, and that is exactly what it was built for. The app does not process the money: it records it. Your team takes the cash at the table and enters the payment from a phone; the balance, each person's cash count and the receipt come out on their own.
Can people pay in installments?
Yes. Anyone can pay a little at a time and the balance updates itself. If someone tries to collect more than is owed, it stops them: an administrator has to authorize it and say why.
What happens if someone enters a payment wrong?
It is not deleted: it is voided. Voiding requires an administrator and a written reason, and the entry stays visible, struck through and explained. That way the cash count always matches what actually happened, and nobody can make money disappear without a trace.
Can prices go up on a certain date?
Yes. You set when early-bird pricing ends and the price goes up on its own that day. Nothing changes for anyone already registered: they keep the price from the day they signed up.
Can several people use it at once?
Yes, each with their own access. There are four kinds: owner, administrator, clerk and viewer. Whoever is at the table can register and collect, but cannot void entries or change prices.
Does it work for a church fair?
Yes. You sell scrip at the door and people spend it at the booths. At the end you know how much each booth took in and how much each person handed over.
Is there anything to install?
No. It opens in the browser on a phone or a computer. There is no app to download and no updates to install.
Can other churches see our data?
No. Each church sees only its own, and that separation does not depend on the app behaving: it is enforced at the very bottom, where the information is stored. Even if something went wrong, one church's data cannot show up in another's.
Can I get my information out?
Yes, whenever you want. The directory and the cash counts download as a file that opens straight in Excel. It is your data, not ours.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, and without signing up. We give you a sample church with a retreat already set up, people registered and payments half made, so you can poke at everything without fear of breaking anything.
