Terms of service

A platform for a church to manage its events: registrations, payments, installments, reports and cash counts. It is operated by Paulina Jardón Rodríguez. By subscribing you accept these terms.

When you sign up you get 30 days at no cost, with every feature. A card is requested at the start, but nothing is charged during the trial.

Three days before it ends we email you a reminder. If you do not cancel before that date, the first charge is made and the subscription continues. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged and you keep access until the trial ends.

• $500 MXN a month, or $4,000 MXN a year.
• VAT included. No per-registration commission and no hidden charges.
• Each additional church on the same account adds 20% to the base price.

You can pay by card — charged automatically at the end of each period — or by bank transfer or cash, recorded by us. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we neither see nor store the numbers.

If we change prices, we give you at least 30 days’ notice and the change applies from your next renewal. Never to a period you have already paid for.

When the period expires there are seven days of grace during which the church keeps working normally. This is not an oversight: if someone’s card is declined on the day of their retreat, locking them out at the door with a line of people waiting helps nobody.

After those days, the account is suspended. Nothing is deleted: once the payment is recorded it opens again with everything inside.

Your registrants’ data belongs to your church. You can export it to CSV whenever you want, including in order to leave. We do not use it for anything other than providing the service. See the privacy notice.

• Looking after who has access to your church: the passwords and the roles you assign are your responsibility.
• Collecting people’s data only with their consent and for the purpose you told them.
• Not using the platform for anything unlawful, nor to collect money for anything that is not an event of your church.

We do what is reasonable to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: we depend on hosting, database and payment providers that can fail.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid over the last three months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. None of this limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

You can cancel whenever you want and you keep access until the paid period ends. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for use that violates these terms, with prior notice unless the use is plainly abusive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of the State of Mexico, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of PROFECO in consumer matters.
