Cancellations and refunds

From your account, under Subscription → Manage payment. It is immediate — no email request and no waiting for someone to approve it.

When you cancel you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. It is not cut off mid-week: if you paid for the year, you use the whole year.

If you pay by transfer or cash, let us know and we will not bill you again. You still keep what you paid for.

For the first 30 days nothing is charged. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing — there is no refund to ask for because there was no charge.

Three days before it ends we email you, with the exact date and amount.

We refund the full charge, no argument, in these cases:

• A charge that was our mistake: a duplicate charge, one after you cancelled, or an amount other than the one that applies.
• Within 7 days of the first renewal, if you did not get around to cancelling the trial and did not use the service in that period. You forgot; it happens.
• Extended downtime: if the service was unavailable through our fault for a significant part of the period, we refund the proportional share.

Outside those cases, we do not refund periods already under way. The reason is simple: you can cancel at any moment and keep using what you paid for until the end, so nobody is forced to pay for a period they do not want.

If your case fits neither list and you think it deserves a refund, write to us. We would rather sort it out than win an argument.

Write to hola@3ventify.com.mx with your church’s name and the date of the charge. We answer within three business days at most.

The refund goes back the same way the payment came. On a card, Stripe takes 5 to 10 business days to show it, and that part is out of our hands.
